BROWN DEER, WI • KITCHEN
Although the space wasn't large it offered a complete refreshing appeal. Built in 1966 this home had its original cabinets, countertops and sink. We provided new kitchen cabinets, hardware, tile with tan grout, granite countertops, electrical, sink, plumbing, dishwasher, GFCIs and much more.
MENOMONEE FALLS, WI • KITCHEN
Built in 1968 this home has been through updates over the years, but was in need of a new spark. We provided custom cabinets, hardware, quartz countertops, a custom island, updated electrical, painting, recessed lights, fixtures, new subfloor, vinyl plank, vents, baseboards and quarter rounds throughout.
We also moved the sink from the corner to the window at the client's request.
This home received a nice increase in value!

Modern homes or older homes we have had our share of challenges. This specific home was built in 1931, so it has so many things that wouldn't be done in today's world.
Down to the studs, mold remediation, new insulation, new vent, electrical, drywall, vanity, medicine cabinet, storage, vanity light, paint, water lines, shower mixer, toilet, tub, tile, accessories and flooring.
Clients received exactly what they wanted!

When we started this remodel it definitely needed a facelift. The bathroom was not in working order, needed to be snaked out and various other plumbing issues. We were able to create a place of comfort after family experiencing water problems.
New vanity with light, black accessories to match the flow of the bathroom. Common area was down to the bricks. We framed out the area, pressure studs, insulation and mold resistant drywall. Along with painting, recessed lights, light fixtures, doors and trim...

The family's goal was to increase the value of their home. Their plan was to move back to Mississippi. This average size kitchen hasn't been updated since 2004.
We removed the old cabinets and countertop, sink, paneling and wallpaper. Installed new plumbing, recessed lights, cabinets, hardware, laminate countertops, stone back plash, painting, flooring and trim.
Created a custom closet to allow the clients to store their cleaning supplies.

This 1953 house still had the pink bath tiles and cast iron tub. We had to break that bad boy up into 4 pieces. Broke a sweat but the end result came out beautiful.
New tile on the floor matching the walls, new vanity and light, mirror, toilet, tub, glass block window, toilet storage, fixtures, paint and more.
